Dr. Thomas Quinlan "Dr. Q" is licensed in Florida as a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Children, Adolescents and Adults. Dr. Q's background in disordered eating and its consequences makes him uniquely qualified to diagnose the root causes of a person’s weight gain so an effective plan can be developed and healing can follow.

His approach is to enable each person do create a lifestyle change for health which is pervasive and long term.

Maintaining a healthy weight, developing good eating habits and learning how to maintain a healthy weight starts in the mind.

Dr. Quinlan is committed to helping others fulfill their optimal living and to encompass health and physical fitness as a cornerstone to live a happy and healthy life.

Engel Vilorio, Professional Trainer

Engel Vilorio is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

He specializes in training people who are looking to improve their overall fitness, increase their energy levels and lose weight.

His own personal weight loss journey (Losing 80lbs) allows him to understand and relate to people who are just getting started. He makes exercising easy, fun and effective!

Sarah Krieger earned a B.S (Bachelor of Science) degree in Dietetics from Central Michigan University and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida. Sarah is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Sarah is the proud recipient of the 2017 Florida Dietitian of the Year Award.

Sarah offers nutrition Education, Family Meal Planning, Weight Management of all ages and Childhood Obesity and Diabetes Treatment.

Misty is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has worked with youth groups and has cultivated a successful strength training program. She has over 10 years of experience.

She understands that a program must be tailored to the individual, because we all have specific needs and goals. Misty works with you to develop an exercise program that you will want to continue in order to reach and maintain your goals level. Under her guidance, you will reach attainable goals and will know how to maintain that healthy lifestyle.

Misty can work in the privacy of your home or in the gym of your choice.
